Works??? March 10, 2013 Reviewer: Justin Tucker from Ruskin, FL United States   I ordered 5 of these and out of 5 none of them worked, I have tried to contact puresmoker through their contact tab and the live chat and I have still not been helped. The only thing that I have received is the auto-generated email in return to my inquiries. Although I have ordered these in the past and they had worked great. They give a much better Vaping experience than a cartomizer in my opinion. Was this review helpful to you?

Terrible August 23, 2012 Reviewer: Ronald Vo from Canoga Park, CA United States   Do you Puresmoker guys even read these reviews?  You have tons of unhappy customers.  Your atomizers are good about 20% of the time.  I've bought 10 over the past couple of months and TWO of them worked well.  The rest did not fire or were VERY weak out of the box.  WHAT IS GOING ON???
