Here at Pure Smoker, we have a 7 day return/exchange window on our products.*
Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate the
return or exchange process. Once the product has been in the customer's
possession for more than 7 days, it is no longer eligible for a refund or
exchange for another product. If a customer wishes to initiate the
return/exchange process, they must contact us within the 7 day window at info@puresmoker.com to receive return
instructions. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise, including the cost of shipping the newly exchanged item back to the customer. All items must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization.
The cost of the item being returned will be refunded minus any shipping costs in the original form of payment. We take pride in the equipment we sell here at PureSmoker, and we ask that you do the same. If you decide to return merchandise within the 7 days of purchase, and it comes back with scratches/ding/dents, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
*All liquid products, atomizers, cartomizers, zip tips and drip tips are
considered consumables and therefore are not returnable/refundable or
exchangeable regardless of whether or not they have been opened or used.
All Sale/Clearance merchandise is FINAL SALE. No returns or
exchanges will be accepted on these items.
Warranty Information:
Each product we sell comes with its own warranty
information. Here are the details:
Atomizers/Cartomizers: Standard atomizers carry a
7 day warranty. Low resistance atomizers carry a DOA warranty, and PureSmoker must be notified within 48 hours of arrival that the
atomizer arrived dead, and upon return to PureSmoker, the atomizer will be replaced. Bulk purchases of atomizers (any purchase of 5 or more
atomizers when the bulk discount is automatically applied at check out) do not
carry any warranty. LR Atomizers should NOT be used on High Voltage devices (those using over 4v).
Cartomizers come with a DOA
guarantee. This means that we will replace any units that arrive DOA, and
beyond that they do not carry a warranty of any kind. We do not warranty against burnt cartomizers (flavor tasting burnt after filling) as this is mostly a loading error, not a product defect.
Legacy/Prodigy/ICON/Protege Batteries/Chargers:
These pieces carry a 7 day warranty.
LEGACY Products:
LEGACY: 6 month warranty on hard
parts. Hard parts include battery tube, adapter, and switch. Replaceable parts carry a 14 day
warranty, this includes Adapter/Switch Screw, Washer(s), Spring, etc...
BUD Products:
Cartomizers: These products come with a DOA
guarantee. This means that we will replace any units that arrive DOA, and
beyond that they do not carry a warranty of any kind.
Batteries/Charger: 14 Day Warranty
EGO-V & EGO-V2 MEGA Products:
Batteries/Charger: 14 Day Warranty
Prodigy
Products:
Prodigy V3: 6 month warranty on hard
parts. Hard parts include battery tube, adapter, switch, and endcap. Cross
threading is NOT covered under warranty. Replaceable parts carry a 14 day
warranty. This includes the washers, spring washer, and stainless steel screw. All Warranties for this device have expired.
Prodigy V2: Limited Lifetime Warranty on
hard parts. Hard parts include battery tube, adapter,, and endcap. Cross
threading is NOT covered under warranty. All Warranties for this device have expired.
Prodigy V1: Carried a 6 Month Warranty. All Warranties for this device have expired.
Protege Products:
Protege: Carried a 6 Month Warranty. All Warranties for this device have expired.
