The Prodigy V1 Expired Warranty Repair/Replacement Terms
For those of you out of our standard 6 month warranty, this is for you. We have 3 tiers of pricing to Repair or Replace the Unit.
TIER 1: $1.00 (plus $5.95 shipping) -- This is for all Switch Fixes (roughly 90% of repairs fall under this category)
TIER 2: $10.00 (plus $5.95 shipping) -- Adapter/End Caps/etc... fall under this category.
TIER 3: $35.00 (plus $5.95 shipping) -- This is for major damage done to the unit. Cross Threading, etc... where major parts of the unit need to be replaced.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:
Please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us link on the left hand side of the site. They will give you directions on how and where to send the unit. You will NOT be asked to pay until we are able to diagnose the issue. Once diagnosed and fixed, we will then instruct you to purchase 1 of the above options. All warranty repairs or replacements carry a 30 day warranty for themselves upon repair. Replacements will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Not Priority. Shipping Cost is due to our Flat Rate Shipping Policies.
