USBpass Expired Warranty Repair/Replacement Terms
[This is for V1 and V2]

For those of you out of our standard 3 month warranty, this is for you. We have 2 tiers of pricing to Repair or Replace the Unit.

TIER 1: $25.00 (plus $5.95 shipping) -- Replacing Switch/Reassembly
TIER 2: $35.00 (plus $5.95 shipping) -- Major Damage to the Unit - Cross Threading and Switch Issues

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:
Please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us link on the left hand side of the site. They will give you directions on how and where to send the unit. You will NOT be asked to pay until we are able to diagnose the issue. Once diagnosed and fixed, we will then instruct you to purchase 1 of the above options. All warranty repairs or replacements carry a 30 day warranty for themselves upon repair. Replacements will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Not Priority. Shipping Cost is due to our Flat Rate Shipping Policies.
